Tetsuya Mizuguchi is a Japanese designer and producer who began at Sega, moved from the AM3 arcade group to leadership of United Game Artists, and left the company in 2003. He co-founded Q Entertainment and later established Enhance, where he serves as chief executive and continues exploring music-led interactive design.
