2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Use automated scripts or bots without permission.

4. Content

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote it within GameTier.
• Third-Party Content: GameTier displays data from IGDB under their license terms. This data may not be reused outside our platform without proper authorization.

5. Subscription and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
• You may cancel anytime via your account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to local consumer laws.

6. Advertising

• Free accounts may display ads.
• Paid subscriptions may remove ads and unlock additional features.

7. “As Is” Disclaimer

GameTier is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameTier and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law
