Jeff Kaplan is an American designer who joined Blizzard Entertainment in 2002, moved from World of Warcraft design into leadership of Overwatch and became a company vice president. After leaving Blizzard in 2021, he founded the independent studio Kintsugiyama and became game director of its debut project, The Legend of California.
