Toshihiro Nagoshi is a Japanese director and producer who joined Sega as a graphic designer in 1989 and later built and led Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio. After leaving Sega in 2021, he founded the NetEase-backed Nagoshi Studio and became its president and chief executive.
